The product they sent me was beautiful. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. But when I called they Helped me to fix the problem and sent me one that would fit. And told me they would give me a refund on the other one and I could keep it. It’s amazing to do business with such a company that cares so much about the clients. The second one they sent me does fit and I am very happy with it
